Are you an experienced landscaper who is tired of the "just a labourer" tag? We are looking for a committed professional to join our team in Holmer Green. We don’t just want a pair of hands; we want someone looking to earn their way into a Supervisor role within the next 18-24 months.
The Role
You will be part of a high-standard maintenance team servicing local contracts. This is a fast-paced role that rewards those who take pride in their work and show up ready to go.
The Schedule:
- 5 days a week (6:00 AM start - approx. 3:00 PM finish).
- The Weekend: 2 Saturdays per month (Typically 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
The Path: Once you’ve proven your commitment and technical competence, we will actively work with you to transition into a Supervisory position.
What We Need From You
We have a "no-nonsense" approach to hiring. To be successful, you must meet the following:
- Experience: 2-3 years in landscape maintenance (mowing, hedging, general grounds care).
- Location: You must live locally (Holmer Green, High Wycombe, Amersham, or immediate surrounding villages). If you have a 45-minute commute, this isn’t the role for you.
- Licence: A clean, full UK driving licence is essential.
- Qualifications: While not mandatory for the base salary, candidates with PA1 & PA6 will be fast-tracked to the higher end of the salary scale (£30k range).
