The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative based in or near Harlow. You will be responsible for maintaining a range of sites to a high standard, ensuring all grounds maintenance services meet client expectations. This is a hands‑on role where you will be expected to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to maintaining high‑quality outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, lawn mowing, and strimming
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
- Sweeping and keeping sites clean and presentable
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Essential Requirements (Mandatory)
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate horticultural equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
