Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Landscaper to lead small teams delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across multiple sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role involving both practical landscaping work and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise small maintenance teams across sites
- Carry out grass cutting, hedge cutting, pruning, strimming and weed control
- Plan daily work schedules and travel between sites
- Identify plant health issues and carry out general horticultural care
- Complete digital reports and maintain site records
- Ensure all work is carried out safely in line with RAMS
- Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles
- Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years grounds maintenance experience
- Ability to supervise and work within small teams
- Strong horticultural knowledge
- PA1/PA6A pesticide qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete digital reporting accurately
