Salary: PAYE: 27,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) / CIS: 140 - 170 per day
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Operative to join our growing team, delivering high-quality landscape construction projects across the South of England. Working alongside experienced landscapers, you will assist with a range of soft and hard landscaping activities, helping to create and maintain attractive outdoor spaces for commercial and residential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is keen to develop a long-term career in landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Assisting with paving, edging and fencing installation.
- Preparing and grading topsoil.
- Planting, turfing and seeding.
- Operating hand tools safely and effectively.
- Maintaining clean, tidy and safe working areas.
- Assisting plant operators and skilled landscapers as required.
- Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
