You will be responsible for maintaining a range of sites to a high standard, ensuring all grounds maintenance services meet client expectations. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities Grass cutting, lawn mowing, and strimming Hedge cutting and pruning Weeding and general garden maintenance Sweeping and keeping sites clean and presentable Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard Essential Requirements (Mandatory) Full clean UK Driving Licence Proven experience in grounds maintenance Ability to operate horticultural equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.) Strong understanding of health & safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a proactive approach ⚠️ Please note: Candidates without a valid driving licence and relevant experience will not be considered for this role
