Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

General garden maintenance (planting, pruning, mulching, turfing)
Hedge planting and lawn renovations
Disease & pest monitoring
Use and upkeep of horticultural machinery/tools
Adhering to Health & Safety procedures
Spotting opportunities for service improvements

You\’ll Need:

Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
Experience with horticultural tools & power equipment (e.g. mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
PA1/PA6 spraying certifications (Desirable)
A background in professional gardening or grounds maintenance
Self-motivation with a team-player mindset
Attention to detail & a high standard of work
Strong awareness of Health & Safety
