What You'll Be Doing
- Estimating & Pricing - Analyse drawings and project specs to prepare detailed cost breakdowns using up-to-date pricing strategies.
- Supplier & Procurement Coordination - Source and price materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement in line with budgets and timelines.
- Bid Submissions - Collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager to prepare and submit clear, competitive tenders.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with site managers, quantity surveyors, and the wider team to ensure smooth handovers from bid to build.
- Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate records and contribute to future estimating strategy through insights and analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in estimating or procurement, ideally within landscape or construction sectors
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in estimating and project management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A solid understanding of landscape construction methods, materials & costs
- Confidence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
