Contracts Manager – London & the South East Full-Time | Permanent Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: Competitive – based on experience & qualifications (45K-65K) Company Car Included Are you ready to lead inspiring landscape projects across some of the most iconic locations in London and the South East? We work with a wide range of prestigious clients – from royal parks and local authorities to luxury developers, schools, and universities – delivering projects valued between £100K and £4.5M. ️ Due to continued growth, we\’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Contracts Manager to join our passionate and professional team. Your Role Will Include: ✅ Managing multi-disciplinary commercial landscaping projects ✅ Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec ✅ Leading site managers, subcontractors, and in-house teams ✅ Procuring and managing materials, plant, and equipment ✅ Upholding Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards ✅ Preparing and reviewing RAMS & Construction Phase Plans ✅ Regular site visits, audits, and maintaining accurate records ✅ Communicating clearly with clients, consultants & internal teams ✅ Submitting valuations, tracking variations, RFIs/RVIs, and final accounts ✅ Completing project reviews and driving continuous improvement What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civils Strong leadership and commercial acumen Excellent organisation & communication skills Full UK Driving Licence (essential) SMSTS & Project Management qualifications (desirable) What You\’ll Get in Return: Competitive Salary Company Car Pension Scheme Opportunity to work on high-profile, prestigious projects Be part of a supportive, growing team with an excellent industry reputation Ready to shape landscapes that leave a lasting legacy?
