We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to join the company based in London and Surrey, which offers top-quality grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services. Core Job Purpose The core job purpose is to lead, manage, and be accountable for the operational performance of multiple contracts in Commercial Cleaning. This includes strategic development, improvement, and business growth. Reports To Managing Director Location: London and Kent Core Job Outcomes Safety & Environment Implement and manage a robust health & safety culture in full compliance with company policies and legislation. Ensure adherence to Wealden’s community and environmental goals.Strategy and Growth Develop and manage a robust strategy and annual plan for contracts to meet business targets and growth aspirations.
