Location: Various sites across the South of England (Base: Basingstoke area)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary:

  • PAYE: £32,000–£40,000 per year (up to £45,000 for fully qualified plant operators)
  • CIS: £180–£220 per day, plus additional rates for plant operators

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join our team delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping projects across the South of England. You'll work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out hard and soft landscaping works including paving, fencing, drainage, planting, turfing and topsoil preparation.
  • Set out works from drawings and assist with quality checks.
  • Operate hand tools, small plant and machinery safely.
  • Carry out vehicle and equipment checks.
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and PPE requirements.
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' landscape construction experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) with a valid CSCS/LISS Skilled Worker Card.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Physically fit with good communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

  • CPCS or NPORS plant qualifications.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • CAT & Genny training.
