The Role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Minibus Driver to join our team. You must hold a D1 category on your driving licence and be confident operating a minibus and its on-board equipment. This role involves two daily shifts, approximately 08:30-10:30am and 3:00-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Full MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) training, along with other relevant training, will be provided if required.

You will be responsible for the safe transportation of vulnerable adults within the community, ensuring they can attend various activities and services. Using a person-centred approach, you will support individuals' independence, recognise their strengths, and treat each passenger with respect and dignity.
