What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.
  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and Competent Advisor Status (CAS) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and tools (e.g., sourcing systems, CRM platforms).
  • Authentic lead support provided (no purchased leads).
