- Documentation Control: Manage and update controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in alignment with internal and external standards.
- Internal Audits: Coordinate and support the internal audit schedule. Prepare audit plans, support auditors, and track non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Compile and analyse performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Training & Awareness: Assist in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Corrective & Preventive Actions: Monitor and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis.
- Regulatory & Standards Compliance: Support ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience supporting or managing ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 systems. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, good understanding of integrated management systems and audit processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and a proactive approach, competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Certifications (Desirable): Internal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
What We Offer: Work in a business with global scale – where people are empowered to make decisions locally. Grow with a company which has big ambitions – both for the business and our employees. Help us improve the shopping experience and drive sustainability in retail. Competitive salary and benefits and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
