As an IMS Officer at HL Display, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. Working closely with the Quality, Environmental, and H&S Managers, you will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, not a purely administrative position. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with operational teams to maintain high standards.
- Managing and updating controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in alignment with internal and external standards.
- Compiling and analysing performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics.
- Assisting in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Monitoring and following up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis.
- Supporting ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.

A Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is required. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems is necessary, along with NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
