As an IMS Officer at HL Display, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. Working closely with the Quality, Environmental, and H&S Managers, you will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization.

  • Managing and updating controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in alignment with internal and external standards.
  • Compiling and analysing performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics.
  • Assisting in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring and following up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis.
  • Supporting ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.

We employ people from all walks of life and with a wide range of work experiences. A Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is required. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
