Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter all customer orders into the ERP system on the day of receipt, including complex and project-based sales orders.
- Review customer purchase orders to ensure to ensure they are in line with HL policy and matching quotation.
- Monitor and action promised delivery dates, communicating proactively with customers/internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via Teams and Zoom.
- Monitor production across partner factories to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Translate project briefs into clear, actionable project plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to deliver on time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and maintain project momentum
- Support Project Managers by tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues
- Maintain accurate project trackers and documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, take minutes and distribute with tasks, and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
- Review delivery issues and issue requests.
- Follow up on installations/projects to ensure everything went as planned.
