We are looking for a proactive and organised Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses primarily on ERP item preparation, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Order administration, to support the efficient flow of work into production. The position also includes a customer service element, including customer order processing, order confirmations, and delivery communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain item and production data within the Jeeves ERP system
- Coordinate production planning activities and monitor planning priorities
- Create, review, and release Manufacturing Orders to production
- Process customer orders and provide accurate order confirmations
- Maintain accurate ERP records and support data integrity
- Assist with ERP, planning, and order-related issue resolution
- Support continuous improvement of ERP and planning processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support operational efficiency and customer service
What We Are Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:- Previous experience working within a customer-driven manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of manufacturing order processes and production planning principles
- Experience using manufacturing ERP platforms
- Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and proactive approach to supporting operational activities
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or process optimisation activities
- Knowledge of inventory or operational coordination processes
- Strong IT and data-handling skills, including the ability to work with ERP queries
- Ability to analyse operational data and identify trends or planning issues
