  • Data Collection & Reporting: Compile and analyse performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Training & Awareness: Assist in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions: Monitor and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis.
  • Regulatory & Standards Compliance: Support ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience supporting or managing ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 systems. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, good understanding of integrated management systems and audit processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and a proactive approach, competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Certifications (Desirable): Internal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
