Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support and coordination in the department’s finance administration and manage various finance-related responsibilities.
- Handle daily office operations and perform ad‑hoc or non‑routine tasks as required, with occasional work outside regular office hours.
- Supervise clerical staff members to deliver high‑quality service.
- Support departmental administration and coordinate finance administration tasks.
Qualifications:
- Applicant’s education: Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in finance administration within a tertiary institution, public/quasi‑public organization, or a related sector.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese).
- High levels of communication, organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Good level of IT knowledge and the ability to work independently.
- Team‑player, fast learner with the ability to handle multi‑tasks under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and leadership ability.
