The predicted salary is between 36000 - 48000 € per year.

Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and fellow QS professionals to negotiate, coordinate, and certify claims for payment. Prepare and submit progressive claims, variation orders, and other contractual documentation in a timely manner. Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, while managing sub‑contract administration including correspondence and dispute resolution. Support the Project Director/Manager in all aspects of pre‑contract, post‑contract, and procurement administration. Handle SOI/MCI matters and ensure accurate submission of variation orders. Source, review, and negotiate quotations to achieve cost efficiency. Monitor project budgets and exercise cost control, including preparing monthly financial reports and presentations. Apply expertise in ELV & Security Systems (PA, CCTV, Card Access, ISMS, Fire Alarm System, Structured Cabling, IBMS, BMS etc.). Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and progress.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related electronics or mechanical fields.
  • At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PSSCOC standard forms of contract.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
