As a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you will shape and execute HKA's International marketing strategy to align with our overarching business goals, driving brand growth, managing events, and delivering impactful campaigns with a strong focus on digital marketing.

The opportunity:
You will collaborate closely with the wider International marketing team, which operates under a centralised function. Your experience will be crucial in driving brand growth, managing, organising and delivering events, helping to generate leads, and executing impactful marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital marketing. Additionally, you will work closely with business development teams and our subject-matter consultants to align marketing efforts with key growth initiatives.
Role and responsibilities:
- Focused Marketing Campaigns: Development and execution of the international marketing strategy to support key service lines and target markets. Create and execute outcome-based marketing campaigns targeting key growth sectors.
- Brand and Reputation Management: Uphold and strengthen HKA's brand identity and positioning in the International region. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Event Management: Organise and promote client-facing events, webinars, and conferences to enhance visibility and engagement. Evaluate the effectiveness of these events to ensure ROI and strategic impact.
- Content Development and Thought Leadership: Create high-quality content, including thought leadership, articles and white papers. Support subject matter experts, consultants and advisors in producing thought leadership pieces that highlight HKA's expertise and insights.
- Public Relations and Press Releases: Manage public relations efforts to enhance HKA's visibility and reputation. Draft and distribute press releases to communicate key company news and achievements. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client engagement. Optimise marketing activities to support business development along with our subject-matter consultants to win new business.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Support HKA's online presence, including website, social media, email campaigns, and SEO. Track and analyse digital marketing performance to refine strategies and improve results.
- CRM Management: Optimisation of the CRM system to track and manage client interactions and marketing campaigns.
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven successful experience in a marketing manager role within a B2B professional services environment is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics are required.
