The Opportunity

As a consultant, you will play an important role in delivering key aspects of projects and commissions, working with guidance from senior colleagues to ensure high‑quality outcomes for clients. You will support the delivery of technical outputs, contribute to commission management tasks and build strong working relationships with client project teams. You will grow your skills and make an impact by:

  • Delivering high‑quality technical work, with appropriate guidance, across defined areas of operation.
  • Supporting the execution of commission management tasks, ensuring alignment with HKA standards and contributing to commercial, quality and client outcomes.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Consultant who brings:

  • A relevant technical qualification (degree or equivalent) or a certificate of higher education.
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification (or active progress towards one) is preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry.
  • Experience in a similar consulting role within the industry (preferred).
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (desired).
  • A responsible and proactive approach, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
  • A willingness to develop new skills, take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to client engagements.
