The Opportunity
As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of marketing and communications activities that support HKA's International business objectives.
Working closely with the wider International Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing initiatives and communications programmes across multiple service lines and regions.
You will collaborate with business development teams and subject matter experts to create compelling content, promote HKA's expertise and ensure marketing activity supports client engagement and business growth.

- Marketing Campaigns
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns that support key service lines, sectors and target markets.
- Assist in the planning, execution and reporting of marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness and generate business opportunities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop campaign materials and promotional content.
- Brand and Communications
- Ensure all marketing materials align with HKA's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Support the production and distribution of marketing collateral, presentations and client-facing communications.
- Maintain consistency of branding across digital and offline channels.
- Event Management
- Organise and promote client events, webinars, conferences and industry engagements.
- Coordinate logistics, communications and promotional activities before and after events.
- Track attendance, engagement and feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Content Development
- Create and coordinate high-quality content including articles, case studies, thought leadership pieces, award submissions and marketing materials.
- Work with consultants and subject matter experts to develop content that highlights HKA's expertise and project experience.
- Support internal communications initiatives where required.
- Public Relations and Media Activity
- Assist with public relations activities that enhance HKA's profile within target markets.
- Draft and coordinate press releases, announcements and company news updates.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain relevant communications records.
- Digital Marketing
- Support the management of HKA's digital channels, including the website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content updates and digital marketing activities across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
- CRM and Marketing Administration
- Maintain and update CRM records to support marketing campaigns and business development activity.
- Assist with contact management, audience segmentation and campaign tracking.
- Produce marketing reports and activity updates to support performance measurement and planning.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a Marketing and Communications Manager or similar role within a B2B professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events and communications activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work effectively with senior consultants and business leaders.
- Experience using digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
