The prospective applicant should be able to demonstrate the ability to:
- Lead and manage commercial teams to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities that support the organisation’s growth and strategic objectives..
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company’s commercial activities..
- Negotiate, draft, and agree commercial contracts, ensuring terms are commercially viable and aligned with company policies and legal requirements..
- Monitor and evaluate employee and team performance, setting targets and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives..
- Identify, assess, and manage commercial and financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary..
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial strategies are effectively implemented and deliver sustainable business growth..
Person Profile:
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder management, creativity, and attention to detail. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience collaborating with marketing on campaigns and brand awareness is desirable.
3+ years ideally within B2B is preferred.
