We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor (+5 years PQE) to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including advising on employment law compliance, drafting legal documents, representing clients in tribunals, and negotiating settlements. Additional responsibilities will include collaborating with other legal professionals, staying updated on changes in employment law, and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering high-quality, solution-focused advice.

Suitable candidates will have a strong background and genuine interest in Employment Law, along with well-honed skills within contract drafting, resolving employer/employee disputes, and general employment-related advisory work, as well as a working knowledge of the Employment Tribunal system. Candidates with experience of supervising and mentoring less experienced lawyers and support staff will be highly desirable.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Employment Law with a proven track record in handling matters independently
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a diverse caseload
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong commitment to client service and professional ethics
  • Experience in business development and networking within the legal field is advantageous
