Location: This is a remote based role with the requirement to travel to the Glasgow office as and when required. The candidate will need to be based in Scotland.
Summary of Role: You will be responsible for managing the generation and issuance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, supporting delivery, and managing asset status and condition in our database. You will be working closely with our Engineering teams to improve report quality, asset data, and completion times.
What you will be doing:
- Planning Service remedial works with direct labour or sub-contractor in line with customer SLAs.
- Ordering of parts, access equipment, plant & tools.
- Booking-In and issuing of RAMS and Permits, where required.
- Updating customers portals and planners, ensuring completion within strict SLAs including jeopardy management.
- Processing all reactive paperwork from holding pots and moving completed job folders to finance team.
- Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team.
- Processing of completion paperwork and workflow to finance.
- Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
- Producing Monthly performance reports and attending client calls/ supporting meetings.
- Processing all PPM paperwork from holding pots and moving to finance team if required and filling in site folders.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
What we will need from you:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within the sprinkler industry but construction/engineering/FM industry experience will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders (essential).
- Experience of raising and processing subcontractor purchase orders (essential).
- Able to effectively manage time, organise and prioritise to meet demands (essential).
- Strong IT skills with experience of using database/portal systems (essential).

- Salary Range competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
