Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year Pro-Rata (depending on experience) + overtime + benefits

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial catering equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial catering equipment (gas and electric).
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts.
• Install new equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and gas regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on every visit.
• Maintain accurate job records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer (minimum 2 years preferred).
• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 qualifications (essential).
• CoNGLP1PD desired.
• F-Gas certification (advantageous but not essential).
• Good electrical knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
