What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including disputes, general advisory work, corporate support, and client training.

🔹 Handling high-quality work for a mix of household-name brands, NHS bodies, government departments, and non-profits.

🔹 Taking an active role in business development, including speaking at seminars, writing thought leadership articles, and attending networking events.

🔹 Mentoring and supporting junior team members while benefiting from collaboration with employment law specialists across multiple locations.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years’ PQE in employment law (or equivalent experience).

✔️ Strong technical expertise and pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.

✔️ A relationship-driven approach, with excellent client management and communication skills.

✔️ A proven track record in practice development and an interest in contributing to the firm’s growth.

✔️ Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a keen interest in advancing your career in employment law.
