Your Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload, including:
🔹 Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
🔹 Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
🔹 New build and shared ownership transactions
🔹 Help to Buy & unregistered properties
🔹 Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in Residential Conveyancing
✔️ Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
✔️ Strong knowledge of property law and case management systems (LEAP preferred)
