The Role

- Drafting Points of Dispute and Replies
- Negotiating settlements

About You
- Qualified Costs Lawyer or Solicitor with significant costs experience
- Strong background in commercial litigation costs
- Excellent technical knowledge of the CPR and litigation costs
- Confident managing complex matters independently
