A leading full-service law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate (2β4 PQE) to join its highly regarded and collaborative team in Guildford. The Role
Youβll be part of a dynamic, supportive real estate group, working closely with experienced partners and a well-structured support team (including paralegals and KSLs). Matters span:
- Development and investment transactions
- Real estate finance
- Corporate occupier work (retail, office, industrial)
- Acting for REITs, funds, property companies, and high-net-worth clients
Youβll gain exposure to a broad range of transactions and client types from owner-managed businesses to major PLCs and international groups.
