A leading full-service law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded and collaborative team in Guildford.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for its strong regional presence and high-quality real estate work across multiple sectors, including retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and residential development.

🔍 The Role

You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive real estate group, working closely with experienced partners and a well-structured support team (including paralegals and KSLs). Matters span:

• Development and investment transactions
• Real estate finance
• Corporate occupier work (retail, office, industrial)
• Acting for REITs, funds, property companies, and high-net-worth clients

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of transactions and client types from owner-managed businesses to major PLCs and international groups.

✅ About You

• 2–4 PQE solicitor with solid experience in commercial real estate
• Trained at a top City, national, or leading regional firm
• Comfortable working independently and in team structures
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Proactive mindset with an interest in business development
