A highly profitable and growing (re)insurance organisation is seeking a Pricing Actuary to join its Pricing team. This pivotal, front‐facing role supports underwriting strategy across Political Violence, Political Risk and Credit portfolios, with opportunities to contribute to other classes as the team continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Political Violence, Political Risk and Credit lines.
- Provide account pricing and support underwriters during broker and client negotiations.
- Lead portfolio monitoring and contribute to regular MI and benchmark rate reviews.
- Review model calibrations and enhance pricing tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to ad‐hoc pricing activities across the insurance, reinsurance and innovation portfolios.
