Role Overview As a Commercial Heating Engineer, you will complete planned preventative maintenance tasks, emergency reactive calls and remedial tasks to a high standard across a wide client portfolio throughout Northern Ireland. Carry out planned maintenance, response and remedial action to appliances and pipework in line with contract specification, industry guidelines and association with the company H&S policies. Confidence and knowledge in carrying out Mechanical works within a Commercial/Industrial setting including Hospitals, Factories, Colleges, Schools, Public and Buildings. Be part of a On Call Rota on a rotational basis. To be able to work within a team environment including alongside other contractors and disciplines. Working safely in line with Health and Safety procedures Basic electrical knowledge of mechanical systems. What youll bring As a Commercial Heating Engineer your main skills and experience will include: Essential Criteria A suitably qualified mechanical discipline Relevant Commercial Gas qualifications and/or OFTEC Experience of working on a broad range of boilers, burners and Pumps Sound knowledge of domestic/commercial appliances.
