Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide planned maintenance, reactive response & repair, installation, and commissioning services to a variety of public and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be Northern Ireland based.

What you'll do

  • Perform all work in a safe manner, following statutory guidelines and company policies, risk assessments and method statements.
  • Perform planned maintenance, reactive response and installation works on plumbing systems.
  • Accurately diagnose plumbing faults and successfully undertake remedial works.
  • Perform and manage their assigned workload in an efficient timely manner.
  • Perform works to a high standard.
  • Make and keep accurate records utilising both the company’s mobile management platform and our clients' systems.
  • Be professional, proactive and client focused as you deliver your work.
  • Provide call out cover on a rota basis.
  • Any other reasonable duties required depending on the needs of the business.

What you'll bring

As a Plumber, your main skills and experience will include:

  • Essential Criteria
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Experience of working on a broad range of plumbing systems.
  • Excellent fault-finding and repair skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • A solid understanding of administration procedures.
  • Excellent attitude and approach to work.
  • An ability to be open, honest and be able to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Full driving license.
  • Desirable Criteria
  • Gas courses: COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A and ICPN1.
  • OFTEC qualified.
