Role Overview

Rosewood Bespoke Joinery are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our joinery manufacturing business. This role is central to the smooth running of the office and production support functions, including purchasing, delivery documentation, stock control, invoicing, and general administration. The position offers complete flexibility in working hours, making it ideal for candidates looking to balance work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing & Orders
    • Raise and process purchase orders with suppliers
    • Track orders and follow up on outstanding items
    • Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information
  • Deliveries & Stock Control
    • Document and log incoming deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is complete
    • Liaise with workshop and suppliers regarding discrepancies or shortages
    • Maintain basic stock control records, updating stock levels as materials are received or issued
  • Invoicing & Financial Administration
    • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time
    • Match invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders where required
    • Support month-end administration by ensuring records are up to date
  • General Office Administration
    • Answer phone calls and emails, acting as a first point of contact
    • Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems
    • Support production and management teams with ad-hoc admin tasks
    • Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and office coordination
