Location: Northern Ireland - Mobile

Role Overview
The successful candidate will complete project works, reactive response and planned maintenance services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients throughout Northern Ireland.
What you'll do
- Responsible for full installation of fire alarm systems.
- Travel to customer locations, install, program and commission systems in compliance with current relevant standards.
- Respond to reactive fault calls and troubleshoot faulty systems.
- Perform planned maintenance services to Fire Alarms.
- Complete necessary paperwork noting all work performed, materials used and any further action necessary to achieve a compliant system.
- Provide 24 hour call-out cover on a rota basis.
- Carry out any other job specific duties as deemed appropriate.
What you'll bring
Essential Criteria- Experience in the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintaining of fire detection, and life safety systems to the applicable British and European Standards.
- Knowledge of all relevant BAFE/NSI codes of practice.
- Ability to operate PC software packages used for configuration and maintenance purposes.
- Knowledge of relevant Fire Alarm standards and Security System Standards.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work creatively and innovatively.
- Ability to form good working relationships with colleagues, customers and outside bodies.
- Ability to understand and disseminate specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Highly result orientated with a strong drive to deliver/succeed.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Computer literate.
