Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will use an effective leadership and management style to deliver safe, timely, profitable, and high-quality projects at our developments and build locations.
What you'll do
- Oversee the development and construction of projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, safely, on time, and to projected profit levels.
- Take responsibility for health, safety, environment, and quality matters by ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing policies and procedures across operations, promoting site safety, and driving continuous improvement.
- Liaise with the client on site and represent the company at progress meetings and other forums, whilst always maintaining a professional manner. Delivering client satisfaction will be key to the role.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience in the management of construction projects.
- Chartered CIOB Membership or other relevant body.
- A Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering, with experience of implementing engineering skills in the construction of steel frame buildings.
- A positive awareness of the commercial management of site issues.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (5 day SMSTS).
- CSR / CSCS Qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant experience of client and end user engagement.
- Experience in the construction of multi-storey car park works.
