About the Position
We are seeking a Field and Events Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team at Hiya. This position is responsible for building out and executing our virtual and in-person events, Hiya branded roadshows, managing metrics and reporting, and working closely with sales, product marketing, and the executive team to drive revenue.
This is an individual contributor role, and you should have a passion for planning and executing on-message activations to meet business goals. This includes strategy, budgeting, logistics, team coordination and communication, and measurement and attribution.
You will work closely with Hiya's executive team, sales, marketing, product marketing, and GTM leaders to deliver best-in-class brand experiences that drive measurable pipeline and grow Hiya's brand.
You don’t have to check all the boxes, but we think these are important requirements for this role:
- 3-5 years of event marketing experience with high-impact B2B SaaS companies or similar roles
- Ability to analyze and interpret metrics, passionate about experimenting and presenting the results (and experimenting again)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, quick and proactive communicator
- Aware that success is tied to the knowledge and efforts of others
- Energized working at a fast-paced company where the feedback and cycle is measured in hours rather than weeks
- “Get it done” attitude and team spirit while building a career-defining opportunity in a proven, results-oriented team
Preferred qualifications for this role:
- Experience using Hubspot or Marketo, Salesforce, and other 3rd party integration tools
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams
- Experience collaborating with internal and external design resources; ability to make basic edits in design templates like Figma and Canva
- Experience using virtual event platforms, such as GoToWebinar, ZoomWebinar, etc.
- Experience building an event marketing program from the ground up, particularly if it involved branded roadshows
- Experience with large-scale events, such as Mobile World Congress, CCW, etc.
