Lead Estimator

Up to £600 per day – Inside IR35
We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Estimator to support
major construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects,
with a focus on developing estimating capability and improving
cost intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing, reviewing, and assuring cost estimates for major
infrastructure projects
* Developing and improving estimating systems, cost databases,
resource libraries, productivity rates, and estimating
methodologies
* Establishing benchmarking frameworks and using historical data,
market intelligence, and supplier information to validate
estimates
* Supporting tenders, cost control, risk assessments, project
approvals, and investment decisions while working closely with
project, engineering, and commercial teams
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in developing
estimating capability across major infrastructure projects,
combining hands-on cost estimation with benchmarking, data
analysis, and continuous improvement.
