Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in substation projects and a good understanding of civils or M&E (or both)? This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a long-term infrastructure upgrade, overseeing all site activity and ensuring work is delivered safely, to programme, and to a high standard.
Must have National Grid Competent Person (CP) qualification (mandatory)
Your job will be to:
- Supervise all site operations
- Monitor subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and CDM regulations
- Support delivery across civils, M&E, commissioning, and fencing works, ensuring works meet programme and quality expectations
- Complete site reports, issue permits (e.g. Permits to Dig, Hot Works), and provide short-term cover when needed
