Are you an experienced professional in project consents and EIA-related activities? Our multi-billion-pound client is seeking a skilled Consents Officer to provide expert guidance, ensuring construction project consents are delivered efficiently and in full compliance with current legislation and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing project consents and EIA-related activities, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and specification.
  • Strong knowledge of various planning regimes, including the Town & Country Planning Act and the Planning Act 2008.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage external resources in the delivery of consents and EIA-related activities.

Role Details:

This is a hybrid role, with 50% of your time spent either onsite or at our client’s Midlands office, and 50% working remotely. As this is a home-based contract, any required travel will be fully expensed.
