About this role
We are seeking a Research Engineer. You will be in charge of researching and implementing ideas around making agents collaborate together. You will play a key role in designing the next generation of discovery engines.
You will:

Investigate how research agents can work together to achieve a predetermined goal, and iterate quickly on these research ideas.

Design and run experiments to improve the capabilities and efficiency of our system.

Work together with our team of research engineers and leadership to align technical advances with product and business objectives.

Stay at the forefront of developments in AI agents, language models, search, optimisation, and automated discovery.
Qualifications

Having a PhD in Maths/CS/EE or related field, with a good track-record of publications.

Having contributed to/started open source projects, demonstrating strong software engineering skills with experience building complex systems in Python.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across research and engineering disciplines.
