About us: Hiver is a modern, AI-driven customer service platform used by companies across healthcare, finance, logistics, education, and technology. We help teams deliver fast, human support across email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, and more — without the complexity of legacy helpdesks.
We’re a challenger brand in a category dominated by over-engineered tools. We build software that is simple, powerful, and genuinely helpful, and we operate internally with that same philosophy. If you want meaningful ownership, thoughtful teammates, and work that ships, Hiver is a great place to do it.
Opportunity: We're looking for a hungry, self-directed Account Executive to build and own our EMEA territory (plus any other aligned time zones). This is not a role for someone who wants pipeline handed to them and just needs to close it. You'll be manufacturing your own outcomes: prospecting, qualifying, building relationships, and closing, across the full range of deal sizes, from SMB through enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: What you’ll be working on:
- Own the entire sales cycle end to end, from self-sourced prospecting through close and activation, across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts in EMEA and aligned time zones.
- Work hand-in-hand with SDRs to plan territory coverage and pipeline strategy, treating them as a force multiplier on top of your own self-sourced outbound, not a replacement for it.
- Build the territory: identify where the opportunities are, develop your own outbound motion, and don't wait for pipeline to be handed to you.
- Run a consultative sales process: understand customer needs, advise rather than pitch, and build relationships that last past the first deal.
- Navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders, from individual buyers at smaller accounts to full buying committees at larger ones.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to represent the territory's needs.
- Actively shape and improve the sales process itself as the territory matures, not just execute what already exists.
Key Requirements: What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales experience, with demonstrated self-sourced pipeline generation, not primarily inbound or handed leads.
- A track record of building a book, market, or territory from limited or no existing pipeline, this is the single most important qualifier for this role.
- Comfort operating across deal sizes and segments, from SMB through enterprise, without a fixed ICP to lean on.
- Consultative selling approach: strong discovery, ability to advise rather than just pitch.
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Target: $50K in new ACV per month once ramped.
- Fluent, hands-on user of AI tools in their own sales workflow (prospecting, research, outreach, call prep) - not just aware of them, but actively using them to move faster than a traditional rep would.
- Experience selling AI-enabled or AI-native products is a strong plus - comfortable articulating AI value props to technical and non-technical buyers alike.
