HIVED is seeking an experienced HR professional to own employee relations end-to-end, advise managers, and drive capability across a 100+ workforce. You’ll chair disciplinary and grievance meetings on-site, support policy development, and ensure legal compliance while partnering with the Ops People Lead.
You’ll work five days a week on-site at Rainham Depot (Essex) with the chance to scale impact across depots and London sites, developing robust people processes in a fast-growing climate-tech
