Role Overview: This role sits within our Central Operations team and leads Account Management for HIVED's DSPs (Delivery Service Partners). You own the strategic relationship with our DSPs end-to-end: sourcing and onboarding new partners, growing and protecting the health of the programme, and facilitating off-boarding when a partnership ends. You are the driver of change and continuous improvement across the DSP programme: evolving how we structure, measure, and manage partnerships so the network scales sustainably.
Responsibilities:
- DSP Sourcing & Strategic Relationship Management: Lead the search for and evaluation of new DSP partners, building a strong pipeline to support HIVED's growth. Own the strategic relationship with DSPs across your book of business - building trust, driving measurable growth, and safeguarding partner health. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior DSP stakeholders, including navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility, clarity, and commercial rigour. Hold senior stakeholder meetings with the respective GMs at least bi-monthly, to review partnership health, align on priorities, and unblock strategic issues.
- Onboarding & Off-boarding: Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding of new DSP companies, ensuring a smooth and well-structured start to the partnership. Facilitate the off-boarding of DSP companies when partnerships come to an end, managing the process professionally and minimising operational disruption.
- Driving Programme & Internal Change: Continuously improve the DSP programme: identifying gaps, proposing changes, and driving internal alignment to get them adopted. Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders (Ops Run, Capacity, commercial, and Central Ops) to keep the programme moving forward. Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools: including performance data owned by Ops Run to identify growth opportunities, improve programme management, accelerate decision-making, and optimise partner outcomes.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Sees the Whole System: You don't just see a depot; you see a series of inputs, outputs, and dependencies. You have a natural ability to map out complex frameworks and understand how one small change impacts the entire operational network.
- Is Obsessed with Standardisation: You believe that 'standardisation is the mother of scale.' You are detail-obsessed, finding the tiny frictions that slow us down and ensuring every process is documented to a level that allows for perfect replication across cities.
- Is a Disciplined Data Influencer: You use unbiased performance data to challenge the status quo. You can sit down with senior operators, present clear 'Process Maturity' evidence, and influence them to adopt better, more efficient ways of working.
Our Values:
- We Are Kind: Kind to the planet, our team and our partners. We listen with purpose, leave our egos at the door and aren't afraid to make difficult decisions.
- We Are Tenacious: We fight every day to keep the customer promise, for every parcel entrusted to us.
- We Are Curious: We never settle, constantly challenge convention and are never afraid to ask why.
- We Are Resourceful: Our planet's resources are scarce and our future depends on our ability to use them wisely.
How we reward our team:
- Dynamic hybrid working environment with a diverse and driven team.
- Huge opportunity for learning in a high growth environment, with progression opportunities based on success in the role.
- 25 days of holiday allowance plus public holidays.
- 1 Birthday Day Off + 2 Tenure-Based Additional Days Off.
- Subsidised Private Medical Insurance including dental, vision & mental health therapy.
- Bi-annual performance reviews and tailored development plans.
- Competitive salary + EMI options scheme.
- Annual compensation review.
- Team lunch provided once a week.
- Quarterly team socials and annual sports day (HIVED Olympics).
- Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption policy as day 1 right.
- Community volunteer days.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Dog friendly office and depots.
- MacBook Air or Windows Laptop (depending on your preference).
