Role Overview

As a Network Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our middle-mile transportation operations, executing the day-to-day movement of parcels with precision and efficiency. You will handle routing, tracking, carrier coordination, and exception management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless parcel flow across the network. You thrive on accuracy and adaptability, maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance while contributing positively to team performance. This is a foundational operational role focused on reliable execution, building essential skills in logistics, and supporting the team's delivery of on-time, cost-effective service.

  • Ensure all parcels are collected, documented, and handed over correctly at each stage of the middle-mile journey.
  • Escalate operational issues promptly and provide clear, factual updates to Supervisors.
  • Be first point of call for on the road issues for our collection drivers, and proactively work with them to resolve issues.
  • Work with our partners at third party warehouses or operators to ensure clear bidirectional information flows.
  • Maintain accurate system updates and ensure data integrity for every movement.
  • Support peak periods by flexibly working extended hours or different shifts when required.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, compliance, and carrier performance standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication with carriers, sites, and internal teams.
  • Good attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following processes, ability to identify risks and escalate as needed.
  • Reliable team player who contributes positively to shift morale.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and operational systems.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing (preferred but not essential).

How we reward our team

  • Dynamic working environment with a diverse and driven team.
  • Huge opportunity for learning in a high growth environment, with progression opportunities based on success in the role.
  • 25 days of holiday allowance plus public holidays if you're on a 4 days on - 4 days off shift pattern, you are entitled to the equivalent of 18 days paid holiday plus public holidays.
  • 1 Birthday Day Off + 2 Tenure-Based Additional Days Off.
