Role Overview

This is a force multiplier role. You will sit within the CEO Office, reporting into and working closely with the Chief of Staff. In practice this means owning the operational lift, running cross‑functional projects, refining and maintaining our company operating rhythm, preparing materials that keep teams aligned, and clearing the path when things stall. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to drive cultural initiatives forward, champion our employee value proposition and help HIVED continue to be a place people are proud to work.

What you’ll be doing

• Company Operating Rhythm - Work with CoS to continuously improve the cadence that keeps HIVED aligned.
• Cross‑Functional Support & Execution - Act as a first point of contact when exploring new opportunities or challenges.
• People & Culture - Support on organisational design work e.g. project managing executive hiring processes.

What we’re looking for

• 1‑5 years experience in a generalist, operations or founders associate role – ideally in a high growth startup.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
