HIVED is seeking an on-site Operations Coordinator to lead day-to-day driver team activities, ensuring high delivery performance and quality. This level-2 role reports to the Operations Manager and follows a 4 days on / 3 days off shift, including one weekend day.
You will be the primary contact for drivers, drive initiatives to improve retention, and coordinate with stakeholders to sustain driver excellence. A UK driving license is required.
