HIVED in London is seeking an Operations Director (East) to own end-to-end performance of the East London depot (Silvertown, relocating to Rainham). This hands-on role combines floor leadership with director-level authority over P&L, hiring, and overall ops strategy.
Reporting to the COO and coordinating with central planning/tech, you will drive KPIs, oversee the relocation, and build a high-performing team across day and night shifts.
